| Delivery
|
Impress Tools has the largest range of products available to buy online. This gives you a number of products you from Specialist Power Tools to Workwear. Our web site lists many of quality products from the major tool manufacturers and leading brands in the UK.
Having a great relationship with our suppliers' we ensure to provide you with a swift delivery.
Delivery Charges
All orders are given a minimum charge of £5.06 Ex Vat unless advised. To ensure your delivery arrives safely we have incurred an optional insurance charge of £0.99.
Delivery Times
We will aim to deliver your goods 1-3 working days if the order is placed before 2.00pm but on some cases your goods can be delivered next day, Subject to the availability of stock.
If the item is not available for us to dispatch we aim to advise you and dispatch the goods within 3-5 working days or give you the opportunity to cancel or change your order. This will not affect your delivery charges unless advised.
Delivery Exceptions
Some items may be subject to additional charges due to their weight, size and the shipping address. This is applied to all items over 10Kg. We will advise you of any additional carriage prior to your order.
Delivery outside UK mainland including all Islands and offshore and Northern Ireland and delivery worldwide is not subject to our normal carriage rates.
Restricted post code within UK: AB, BT, S/Ireland, HS, IM, KW, PA, PH, IV, TR, PO and ZE.
Late Delivery
If you have been advised and still have not received your goods after 3-5 working days call us on 020 8208 5900. This number will be included in the e-mail you received when you ordered the goods from us. We will aim to resolve the matter immediately.
Delivery outside the UK
Including all Islands, offshore, Northern Ireland and Worldwide destinations is not subject to our normal carriage rates. International shipping is calculated on a per order basis. You will be notified of any additional charges after your order is processed.
Delivery Methods
We use many courier services helping us to deliver your items safely. You will need to sign for the goods so please ensure you make provision for this. For security reasons we cannot leave parcels un-signed for. If you are unable to sign for a parcel please contact us so we can help make arrangements for you but it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure you can take safe delivery.
In the case of a parcel being returned to us because it could not be signed for we will not refund the carriage and an additional charge may be made to re-deliver the parcel.
Returns
Items not required
We will endeavour to provide as much information within the content of our product pages to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase. However, should you require to return any product, we will allow you to do so within 7 days of the day after receipt. If you do this, please contact ImpressTools.com on 020 8208 5900 or info@ImpressTools.com quoting your original invoice number.
You will have to arrange the return of the goods yourself and track them using a reputable carrier.
We ask that you do everything possible to ensure the goods are returned to us in good condition and if possible with their original packaging.
We will refund the total cost of the goods minus any restocking and handling fees stated in our Terms and Condition section of Cancellation & Returns. Any carriage paid on deliveries is not refundable.
Should your purchase have been supplied direct from one of our suppliers the terms and conditions of the supplier will apply. See our suppliers own websites for details.
Faulty, Incorrectly Supplied or Damaged Items
If we have supplied an item incorrectly or if it is damaged when received or is faulty when received you should notify us within 7 days of receipt on 020 8208 5900 or info@ImpressTools.com quoting your original invoice number.
We ask that you do everything possible to ensure the goods are returned to us in good condition and if possible with their original packaging.
It is advisable to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners if necessary.
