The terms and conditions set out are deemed to be incorporated into all contracts without variation, for the supply and sale of goods between IMPRESS TOOLS LIMITED trading as IMPRESS TOOLS(Company No. 6868814, VAT No 970 021 062) at Unit 24 Cygnus Business Centre, Dalmeyer Road, London NW10 2XA and the Customer (any individual, company or other organisation).

By placing an order through our site, the Customer warrants that:

• It is legally (and in the case of an individual, mentally) capable of entering into binding contracts and has the appropriate authority to do so;
• In the case of an individual, that the customer is 18 years old or older.

Payment

The price payable for the goods you order is as set out on our website at the time you place the order, plus any charges for carriage and insurance as set out in your checkout. Please note that our prices may vary from time to time and the price applicable will be that at the time your order is placed. IMPRESS TOOLS reserve the right to change prices, product specifications and details at any time without notice. Payments for all Products can be made by credit or debit card. We accept payment by Delta, Maestro, Mastercard or Visa. We will require full payment of the price of the goods before they are dispatched. Ownership of all property and goods ordered will remain with us until such time as full payment of the goods ordered and all additional charges, if any, are received. Any overdue payments, whether in part or full will bear interest at the rate of 2% per annum above the base rate of The Bank of England from time to time. Interest shall accrue from the date that payment was due until the date payment is received by us.

VAT

The VAT inclusive prices quoted on the website incorporate the current VAT rate at that time.

Delivery

Within United Kingdom:
Subject to the availability of stock, we will aim to deliver all orders placed before 2pm on the next working day, please note a valid signature will be required on delivery. We will inform at the point of contact provided when your order is placed, if delivery times cannot be met. Ownership of the goods will pass to you upon full payment being received notwithstanding that the goods have been dispatched to you.

Outside United Kingdom:
If the address for delivery is outside UK Mainland or outside UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes and IMPRESS TOOLS accepts no responsibility or liability for such payments. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Including all Islands, offshore, Northern Ireland and Worldwide destinations is not subject to our normal carriage rates. International shipping is calculated on a per order basis. You will be notified of any additional charges after your order is processed

Delivery times and dates given by IMPRESS TOOLS are estimates only.

IMPRESS TOOLS reserves the right to change delivery times without notice.

Delivery Charges

All orders are given a minimum charge of £5.06 Ex Vat unless advised. To ensure your delivery arrives safely we have incurred an optional insurance charge of £0.99 for UK mainland deliveries for Non-UK mainland and International deliveries please call or email us to obtain a quote.

Delivery Exceptions

Many items may be subject to additional charges due to their weight, size and the shipping address. This is applied to all items over 10kg. IMPRESS TOOLS will advise of any additional carriage prior to your order. Delivery outside UK mainland including all Islands and offshore and Northern Ireland and delivery worldwide is not subject to our normal carriage rates. Restricted post codeS within UK: AB, BT, S/Ireland, HS, IM, KW, PA, PH, IV, TR, PO and ZE.

Delivery Times

IMPRESS TOOLS aim to deliver your goods the next day if the order is placed before 2.00pm, subject to the availability of stock. If the item is not available for us to dispatch we aim to advise you and dispatch the goods within 3-4 working days. This will not affect your delivery charges unless advised.

Cancellation & Returns

The customer has the right to cancel an order within five days starting from the day you place the order. If the goods have already been dispatched, you will have to comply with our return policy after delivery of the goods.

If you wish to return your order once it has been dispatched or delivered, you may do so within 7 days of the date of dispatch for a refund or exchange the goods purchased for other goods. However a restocking and handling charge of up to 20% will be applied if any goods ordered from us is incorrectly or subsequently found to be surplus to the customer's requirements.

We do not accept any returns on special orders and spare parts of any kind, so please ensure any items relating to these categories are ordered carefully.

Goods must be returned unused and in their original condition with the packaging unopened, unless the reason for return is that the goods are faulty. Proof of purchase must be provided with all returned goods. IMPRESS TOOLS reserves the right not to accept the goods back or provide a refunds if the goods are not returned in the conditions set out.

Goods are returned at your own cost unless the reason for return is that you have received faulty or incorrect goods in which case we will refund the reasonable cost of returning the goods providing you include proof of receipt. All items being returned should be sent to:

Refunds will only be made on the method of payment that was originally used to complete the transaction within 30 days; subject to full order details have been provided.

Late Delivery

If been advised and still have not received your goods after 4 working days, please call us on 0208 208 5900. This number will be included in the e-mail you receive when you ordered the goods from us. We will aim to resolve the matter immediately.

Liability

IMPRESS TOOLS will not be liable or accept any responsibility whatsoever for any delay in delivering your goods or in carrying out its obligations in relation to you order, which is due to events and circumstances beyond our control.

Such events or circumstances include, but are not limited to any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:

(a) Strikes, lock-outs, trade disputes, difficulty in obtaining materials or other industrial action.

(b) Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.

(c) Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster.

(d) Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.

(e) Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.

(f) The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.

Our liability to you is strictly limited to a full refund of the goods purchased and expressly excludes indemnity and/or compensation for any direct or indirect, consequential or other loss or damage. IMPRESS TOOLS reserves the right to terminate or defer the contract without any liability to the Customer.

In the event of a claim being brought against IMPRESS TOOLS, the Customer must provide notice of the same immediately in writing by post to IMPRESS TOOLS’ registered office. Notice provided through other media other than post is not accepted. The notice will only be valid upon proof of postage being provided by the Customer.

Where we have granted trade accounts payments that are overdue will bear interest at the rate of 2% per annum above the base rate of The Bank of England from the date that payment was due until the date of actual payment.

General

These terms and conditions will be governed and interpreted by the law of England and Wales.

If any part of these conditions is invalid, illegal or unenforceable the validity, legality or enforceability of the other clauses and sub-clauses of these terms and conditions shall not be affected and they shall remain in full force and effect.

IMPRESS TOOLS ensure that reasonable measures are adopted to ensure the validity and accuracy of the contents of the website however no responsibility or liability will be accepted for any omissions, inaccuracy or invalidity of the content of the website
